Active Building Group Australia delivered this bespoke residential new build in Manly, NSW, transforming a compact site into an impressive, highly functional family home.

Working with a considered design by Gartner Trovato Architects, the project maximised the available footprint to incorporate an underground four-car garage, private gym and cellar, together with a spacious five-bedroom, three-bathroom residence.

The home also features a dedicated home theatre and study, full kitchen with butler’s pantry, outdoor entertaining areas and swimming pool.
